These terms govern the use of the Adimart portal, retail product purchases, and Channel Partner compensation.

1. Direct Selling & Customer Agreement

By registering on or purchasing from Adimart, you agree to comply with all rules, policies, and Indian Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules. Joining as a Channel Partner is 100% free of registration fee.

2. Commission & Earnings Disclaimer

Commissions, referral bonuses, and repurchase rewards are generated exclusively from genuine product sales. Adimart strictly prohibits pyramid scheme models, recruitment fees, or unverified earnings guarantees.

3. Validity & Single Order Qualification

Eligibility to earn commissions requires meeting the configured Single Order Qualification Threshold. Partner validity is extended dynamically upon successful qualifying purchases.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or in connection with Adimart services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Navi Mumbai / Mumbai, Maharashtra.
