Return and Refunds Policy

1. 30-Day Consumer Return Guarantee

Customers and Channel Partners can initiate a return or replacement request within 30 calendar days from the date of product delivery if they are unsatisfied with the product or receive a damaged item.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

• Product must be in its original packaging with all tags, security seals, and invoices intact.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Perishable goods or unsealed personal health products are eligible for return only in case of transit damage or manufacturing defect.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once the returned product is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, refunds will be approved and processed within 5 to 7 business days back to the original source payment method or registered bank account via NEFT/IMPS.
